You will be working in the Wealth Planning Life Insurance team within the Investment and Wealth Management Solution (IWMS) business area in Luxembourg. We work on key initiatives and projects aimed at providing our clients with sophisticated life insurance solutions, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders such as front units, wealth planning advisory, service units and insurance partners. YOUR CHALLENGE
- Assist in preparing client documentation, including proposals, presentations and insurance policy summaries.
- Manage and update client files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with third-party insurance providers to gather information, process applications, and track policy statuses.
- Respond to basic client inquiries regarding insurance products, processes, and timelines in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the senior Insurance Specialists to gather and prepare necessary information for client meetings.
- Participate in team meetings to gain exposure to client strategies and learn about wealth management practices with focus on insurance distribution.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and templates for improved efficiency and client service delivery.
- Ensure all activities adhere to compliance standards, in particular with regard to Insurance Distribution Directive regulation.
- Assist in audits and reviews by providing accurate records and supporting documentation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of life insurance products and financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; Italian and additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
