Project Management Consultant

Context:

In order to support our double-digit growth, we are looking for talented Project Management professionals who will play a key role in managing projects from A to Z for leading companies in sector such as the Pharmaceutical, Energy, Transport, Telecom, Aeronautics… and many more!

Additionally, this role allows you to enhance your expertise and develop your know-how through a tailor-made development plan, trainings and methodology certifications (Prince 2, Agile, Six Sigma, PMI…).

Main responsibilities:

· Outline project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities

· Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party

· Manage delivery of the project according to this plan in terms of cost/benefits/added-value

· Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status and risks to the project team and key stakeholders

· Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders

· You coach the team members and help them grow

· Act as our brand ambassador

Your profile:

· Master degree combined with at least 3 years in a project coordinator role

· Knowledge of project management combined with MS Project/Prince 2

· Ability to handle multiple priorities

· Highly analytical

· Excellent communication skills; (written & oral)

· Ambitious and positive, with a team-player mind-set

· Motivate and drive positive change in people

· Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French (must requirement)

· Experience in a process manufacturing environment is a plus
