What can you expect?
Project leadership:
You will oversee facility expansion projects from start to finish, identifying challenges and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Your decisions will directly contribute to the success of activities spanning multiple departments,
including engineering, automation, quality assurance, quality control, health and safety, IT and operations.
Project management:
By leading initiatives you’ll play a critical role in scaling up our facility. You'll lead end-to-end project management for facility extension and automation initiatives for our CAR-T manufacturing facility.
Strategic execution:
Collaborating with experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your work will include refining project management methodologies, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder collaboration:
You'll collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, and deliverables. Both with internal and external teams, you will build strong connections on a local and global level.
Who are we looking for?
Education: You’ve earned a Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Bioscience Engineering, Industrial engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, ...)
PMP Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Experience: You bring at least 8 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, medtech or biotech industry. You also have hands-on experience in operations or manufacturing, with a focus on leading cross-functional projects.
Languages: You’re fluent in English and communicate clearly, openly, and positively. Knowledge of Dutch is a nice bonus.
