As a project manager, your role involves overseeing the decarbonization and greening of steel production, with an emphasis on transitioning from traditional blast furnaces to electric arc furnaces. You will be part of a team overseeing these major changes within the organization.

Responsible for project management of all project delivery tasks in a specific subarea of ​the project. Tasks will cover areas such as:

• elevant technical experience in these domains is required

he main selection criteria and additional profile scope are as follows and what we're looking for:-

• aster/Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional technical education
B
• etween 5 to 15 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar role (Mid-career to senior level)

• xperience in working with EPCM or EPC companies

• roject Management with professional certification such as PMI , Prince2 II ii 2 , MSP , CAPM , Sigma
E
• ffective communicator, with the ability to proactively deal with senior executives and senior stakeholders to meet deadlines.

• roven people management skills.

• nowledge of the Dutch language is required.

• egular European travel 25%-50% depending on the project phase (from Northern Belgium office base)
