Job responsibilities:
In conjunction with the regional business plan, participate in setting personal sales targets, and upon approval, execute to achieve sales tasks.
Develop an annual sales action plan and submit key annual sales tasks for approval before implementation.
Be responsible for summarizing and reviewing personal sales and customer development experiences, and submit written reports on a quarterly and annual basis.
Execute the annual brand and market promotion plan for the sales unit, and complete the corresponding decomposed tasks.
Be responsible for the development, training, and assessment of distribution channels within the target market, and propose improvement suggestions based on actual conditions.
Be responsible for obtaining tender documents for customer bidding projects, preparing bids, submitting bids, providing technical explanations, signing contracts, and fulfilling contracts.
Be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in the target market to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research on regional markets, customers, products, and competitors, and submit written reports on an annual basis.
Be responsible for pre-sales product selection, mid-sales business negotiations, and following up on after-sales technical solution delivery in the target market sales process.
Complete product pricing, quoting, customer communication, and contract signing to ensure order profitability.
Coordinate the distribution of sales contracts and the output of customer product delivery standards, and understand the production and delivery progress of orders.
Be responsible for the profitability and collection of sold orders, and assist in financial risk control.
Based on customer feedback and application scenarios, propose product development requirements and improvement suggestions.
Be responsible for pre-sales, mid-sales, and after-sales services within the region, and quickly handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and compensation for unexpected incidents.
Submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual work reports and plans as required, and revise and implement them according to feedback from superiors.
Complete other tasks assigned by the International Marketing Center and leadership.
Job Requirements:
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a mechanical-related field.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English (mandatory), proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French (key languages for the Latin American market), and knowledge of German/Italian is a plus for the European region.
Industry Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the pump or industrial equipment industry, with at least 5 years in an overseas market director or equivalent position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at target companies such as Grundfos or Xylem.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with market regulations, channel structures, and customer decision-making processes in European and Latin American countries. Experience in emerging market expansion, such as Brazil and Mexico, and proficiency in maintaining government relations or building distributor networks. Must have led at least two multinational market entry projects.
Multi-Regional Expansion Experience: Experience in leading market expansion in multiple regions (Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, etc.), with a good understanding of regulatory differences, channel structures, and customer needs across regions.
Industry Insight: Deep understanding of industry trends in the pump sector, with the ability to develop differentiated market strategies based on the company's product features.
Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities to build strong relationships with customers and industry peers, with familiarity of European business culture and etiquette.
Responsibility and Resilience: Strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, with the ability to maintain high efficiency in high-pressure environments.
