Regional Sales Manager – Multi-Tenant Data Centres (MTDC) | Northern & Central Europe

Location: Flexible within major MTDC hubs such as Berlin, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or Stockholm

Travel: Up to 50% across the region

Language: Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous

Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives​

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll spearhead growth initiatives within the MTDC market across Northern and Central Europe, engaging with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise clients to drive strategic partnerships and revenue.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Market Engagement: Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the MTDC landscape, aligning offerings with client needs and market trends.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, consultants, integrators, and distributors, to enhance market penetration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to ensure cohesive strategies and leverage international insights for regional success.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal departments to refine and communicate the company's value proposition, ensuring alignment with market demands.​

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the data centre or telecommunications sectors, with a proven track record of success.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; adept at building and sustaining client relationships.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region to meet business objectives.​
