As Hospitality EU BDM, you will focus on driving sales growth and implementing go-to-market strategies across the entire hospitality market. Particularly, you will place a strong emphasis on sub-verticals (Serviced Apartments, Short-Term Rentals, Student Residences, and Hospitals), playing a crucial role in identifying and creating opportunities within these sectors.

At the same time, the Hotel industry will also be part of your portfolio, and you will drive strategic growth by linking the stable hotel business with the emerging opportunities in the sub-verticals.

You will manage a pipeline of both existing and new accounts across Europe, targeting key opportunities directly or through specialized System Integrators in the respective sectors.


Candidates with deep expertise and experience in sub-verticals such as serviced apartments, vacation homes, and healthcare accommodations will be highly valued. By exploring new opportunities within these sub-verticals, you will be able to establish strategic connections that drive growth and create synergies with established hotel business.



Key responsibilities


  • Analyse, segment and target untapped areas of your assigned vertical market
  • Define the ecosystem and the stakeholders of the target key accounts and develop activities to increase LG's presence in your market either directly or by vertical specialized system integrators or value added resellers
  • Identify new demand in the assigned vertical sub-industries by key account management and vertical ecosystem partners’ networking
  • Collaborate with the Information Display Europe organization in order to develop more attractive offerings to the Hospitality vertical
  • In case a solution adaptation is not possible, develop a customer offering based not only on the internal portfolio of LG, but also on external components and services with partnerships that can make LG's offering more competitive and more profitable
  • Support and guide the country sales organizations to penetrate locally each sub-vertical by providing presentations, market data and trainings
  • Define the activity plan to increase presence of LG in the industry events either directly or via partners
  • Deliver weekly update on activity and opportunity forecast. Follow up on Business Plan and several execution targets
  • Utilize the CRM system to keep track of the activities for the opportunities in which he/she works and provide transparent reporting to all internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with logistics and service department to follow up or develop processes in order to maintain a high service level and customer satisfaction during sales execution and after sales
  • Role can be located in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris or Madrid, with an expected 50% travel requirement



Required qualifications, skills and experience


  • 3 to 5 years' business development / sales international experience in the Hospitality vertical, preferably in IT solutions or Hardware System Solutions with LED or Displays in functions of Business Development, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales
  • Bachelor in Business Administration Bachelor, Marketing or other related field (MBA can be of added value)
  • Strategic acumen and ability to understand and adapt to the B2B ecosystem (VAR, SI and End Customer) in the Hospitality vertical
  • Strong analytical skills to articulate complex issues and solutions with concrete actions and measurable results
  • Leading personality able to inspire, engage and lead by example his local colleagues and his customers
  • Able to build trustful relationships in C-level of End Customer and SI
  • Excellent communication and presentation Skills
  • Results driven with proven track record
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive able to work across functions, business units and countries
  • Strong experience in developing new accounts (End Customer / SI) and solution selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and one of the following additional languages: German, French or Spanish
