Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for its future Administrative Assistant.

This job offer is a temporary contract for 1 year.

Responsabilities

  • Provide daily support for the maintenance of the PMM insider lists under the guidance of the Compliance Liaison Officer in the PMM coordination unit.
  • Coordinate information gathering initiatives in response to ad hoc internal requests (e.g., internal testing programme).
  • Assist in data input and remediation exercises to ensure the accuracy and quality of data in the insider lists.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including:
    • Filing and classifying documentation related to the unit’s activities in GED/SharePoint, common mailboxes, etc.
    • Organising meetings with relevant colleagues to monitor the status of the insider list.
    • Monitor incoming requests, prioritise, and dispatch them as needed.
    • Regularly review GED IW to ensure access is managed according to the Bank’s information management policy.
    • Draft and maintain operating procedures based on practical experience and guidance within the CLO space, documenting best practices.
Your Profile

  • Secondary level education with a 2-year certification in a relevant field, or secondary level education with equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a rigorous mindset.
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience with electronic filing and coordination tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and/or French.
