Who are we looking for? Someone to be responsible for the follow-up and execution of the entire recruitment and selection process in order to contribute to an optimal staffing of the different departments.
What are your duties?
- You coordinate the recruitment and selection process for the hiring manager in order to attract qualified employees.
- You identify, evaluate and formulate the most effective recruitment & selection procedure, taking into account the available resources and time in order to run selection procedures optimally. You carry out tests and interviews that allow to measure competencies and future potential in order to provide advice to the business.
- You maintain the existing database of candidates and create transparency via statistics & KPI’s in order to provide management with up-to-date information. You communicate the progress of the selection and the results both to the hiring manager as well as externally to candidates in order to provide all parties with the necessary information.
- You actively support in various projects such as the implementation of digital & modern selection tools, recruitment or branding campaigns through social media platforms, job fairs etc. with an aim to reinforce a qualitative direct or indirect sourcing of candidates whilst strengthening our employer brand.
- You act as an internal specialist to line management and HR Business Partners in recruitment and selection and continuously monitor the most recent developments and trends within this area of expertise.
What is your profile?
- You have a bachelors or master degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration with at least 4 years of experience
- You have verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch or French
- You work with a sense of urgency, you are focused on result and able to prioritize and multitask
- You have experience with full lifecycle recruitment
- You have knowledge of interview and sourcing techniques
- IT Knowledge: MS Office proficiency
