As a Procurement Business Analyst, you’ll be the data expert driving efficiency and automation. Using tools like SAP, Coupa, Qlik and CoPilot, you’ll enhance reporting, optimize processes and unlock new opportunities. Your Daily Job

• You develop and maintain procurement data analytics and reporting tools (Qlik, Coupa Analytics) to support decision-making and increase spend awareness.
• You analyse procurement data, identify trends and opportunities and create meaningful KPIs and reports to track performance.
• You optimize procurement processes by identifying inefficiencies, automating workflows and ensuring data accuracy.
• You collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate new technologies, explore AI-driven solutions and improve procurement efficiency.
• You document and structure procurement processes, templates and tools (SAP, Coupa, CoPilot) while providing training and support to stakeholders.
• You support operational and administrative procurement tasks, ensuring smooth P2P processes and contract management.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in procurement, data analysis or a similar role.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English and have strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• You are proficient in SAP, Coupa, O365, BI and AI tools (e.g. CoPilot) or eager to learn.
• You work independently, prioritize effectively and collaborate well in a team.
• You have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset and a drive for quality and efficiency.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
