Our client is actively seeking a strong and dynamic Administrative & Procurement Officer with strong experience in preparing orders confirmation, managing invoices, and overseeing administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process.
The responsibilities of the Administrative & Procurement Officer will be the following:
Perform and oversee all administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process, including preparing and processing orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals / Prepare and manage orders confirmation, supplier invoices, and related documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely administrative support for procurement and logistics operations.
Maintain and update records in the systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing.
Assist to prepare reporting as needed.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
A proven proficiency in SAP/ Salesforce/or Odoo will be an asset.
