Head of Product

Newcore have partnered with a Web3 security company specializing in formal verification and automated analysis of smart contracts to detect and prevent critical vulnerabilities before deployment. They are well-funded and have established partnerships with leading projects across the DeFi ecosystem.

We're looking for a Head of Product to lead the strategy and development of AI-powered security tools that enhance the formal verification platform. In this role, you'll shape the future of blockchain security—working at the intersection of AI, formal verification, and DeFi—to build innovative solutions that protect billions in digital assets.

Key requirements:

• Proven product leadership with 5 years of experience launching successful products, particularly in enterprise software, developer tools, or blockchain-based platforms.
• Strong technical foundation, including a background in Computer Science or Engineering, with a solid understanding of DeFi, smart contracts, and blockchain security concepts.
• Strategic mindset and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage technical stakeholders, and drive innovation in complex product environments.
