Newcore have partnered with an ambitious new Layer 1 blockchain project that’s just emerged from stealth, backed by experienced founders and well-capitalized to execute. Their mission? To solve Ethereum’s scalability bottlenecks with a high-throughput, low-latency, EVM-compatible chain purpose-built for next-generation dApps.

They’re now looking for a Founding Go-To-Market & Ecosystem Lead to bring the network to life. This is a rare chance to shape a Layer 1 ecosystem from day one, working directly with the founding team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy from the ground up
• Build and activate the first wave of ecosystem partnerships
• Onboard and support early-stage developers, founders, and teams
• Drive technical feedback loops, events, and hackathons
• Influence how the blockchain is adopted, positioned, and scaled

Ideal Background

• 3 years in Web3, with hands-on experience in ecosystem growth, BD, or GTM strategy
• Comfortable navigating early-stage environments and wearing multiple hats
• Strong understanding of EVM ecosystems and developer tooling
• A network of builders, projects, and founders is a big plus
• Passion for helping projects grow from 0 → 1
