Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Leadership – Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to maximise revenue and profitability across key markets and clients.
  • Market Expansion – Identify, assess, and enter new markets, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • High-Performance Sales Management – Lead and develop Business Development and Inside Sales teams to drive superior results.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition – Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, high-value clients, and strategic partners.
  • Data-Driven Sales Optimization – Analyze performance metrics and sales trends to refine strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Industry Representation – Represent the company at major industry events, positioning it as a market leader.


Who You Are

  • Revenue Growth Specialist – Proven success in driving revenue and scaling businesses in B2B and B2C sales environments.
  • Strategic Sales Leader – 8-10 years of experience in business expansion, sales leadership, or revenue growth, preferably in financial services, real estate, or consulting.
  • Market Expansion Expert – Track record of identifying new market opportunities and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker – Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Exceptional Deal Closer – Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Global Business Experience – Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams is a plus.
