Job Description

The Project Leading Service will be involved in electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV) focusing on cables.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Lifecycle:

• Participate in the definition, study, and design phases of the projects.
• Ensure proper implementation and administrative closure of the projects.

1. Technical Supervision:

• Conduct technical studies and supervise implementation processes.
• Execute calculations and develop budgets and project plans.
• Monitor resources and address customer requests efficiently.

1. Procurement Support:

• Prepare tender files and participate in the procurement process.

1. Site Coordination:

• Direct and coordinate on-site implementation alongside employees, suppliers, contractors, and customers.

1. Reporting and Communication:

• Communicate and report on project progress.
• Tasks vary from autonomous to supervised depending on the candidate’s experience.

Training and Teleoperation

Client offers a comprehensive training package to support development.

• Post-training, the service can be conducted via teleoperation for two days a week.
• Projects span across three geographical regions:
• East & West Flanders Hainaut
• Namur, Liège, and Luxembourg
• Antwerp, Limburg, and Brussels

Work is organized between site visits, the office in Schaerbeek, and home-based tasks.

• Experience in project management and/or site follow-up is a plus.
