Master’s degree in a technical field or in project management
3–5 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally focused on in-vehicle systems with embedded software
Demonstrated success in business acquisition activities, including managing RFIs and RFQs
Fluent in English—proficient in written, verbal, and comprehension
Excellent communication abilities, encompassing:
Negotiation
Persuasion
Active listening
Diplomacy
Strong collaboration skills, with experience in:
Cross-functional teamwork alongside customers, senior management, product owners, business developers, Tech Leads, AI engineers, and sales teams
Knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders throughout the serial development lifecycle
Acting as a key interface with both the customer project manager and the AI project manager
