Sales Operations Analyst – Benelux Region

Office-based, Mechelen | Full-time | Languages: Dutch, French & English

We are supporting a leading global healthcare company in their search for a Sales Operations Analyst to join their Benelux team based in Mechelen. This is a varied and hands-on role focused on supporting the commercial team across pricing, contracts, tenders, CRM and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pricing activities and maintain pricing structures in internal systems
• Manage and support commercial contracts, tenders and offers
• Conduct customer service duties (order entry) at least one day per week, plus backup cover
• Maintain and update the CRM system for sales and operations accuracy
• Assist with market data reporting, sales analysis and monthly business reviews
• Contribute to S&OP cycles and marketing support where required
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Services
• Be flexible to provide support across back-office roles during peak times or absences

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer service or sales support role (essential)
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage and support tender processes is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (all required)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis
• Ideally experienced with tools such as AS400, E1 or Microsoft Dynamics
• Degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Willingness to work onsite in Mechelen 5 days a week
