Overview
In this function, you work within the fun-loving and diverse Strategy & Data team of Publicis Groupe. You will be showcasing your (lack of) music taste in multiple Spotify-playlists with your colleagues and support them in better understanding people through your knowledge and skill in qualitative and quantitative research and turning data into insight.
Comms Strategy is one of the 4 focus teams within Strategy & Data and as a Comms Analyst / Research Executive you play a central role in supporting our data science (in close collaboration with the Data Analysis-team) and market research solutions and platforms. You are also actively involved in driving innovation within our practice.
Responsibilities
- You manage and optimize the day-to-day research operations of our Effects Tracking-portfolio in close collaboration with Comms Strategists
- You develop interview guides, questionnaires and research plannings and conduct interviews, focus groups and online quantitative research for bespoke and standardized Publicis Groupe research solutions
- Together with your colleagues in Data Analysis you oversee analysis of research results and dashboarding solutions for reporting purposes
- You support Comms Strategists in getting the best out of tools like Nielsen Wizzad , Kantar BMM, GlobalWebIndex and more
- You contribute in the development of POV and research around topics relevant in media and advertising (cfr. our Summer of Sports-research project in 2024)
- You collaborate with stakeholders in the Comms Strategy- & Data Analysis-teams to further explore the possibilities of our proprietary BioLogic AI insights platform

- You can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French to navigate our diverse multinational culture and environment
