For a large apparel distributor, we are looking for a natural leader who likes to get their hands dirty themselves. You know who to put on which breakdown and can handle complex problems. key responsibilities

• Leading and organising maintenance activities - ensuring that maintenance is carried out
• Provide technical support and follow-up to operators, subcontractors and technicians so that the maintenance plan can be realised
• Supporting your team and ensuring good cooperation between teams
• Participate in corrective and preventive work according to schedule/agreements and work on long-term technical improvements
• Improve the long-term performance of your team and ensure that employees remain driven to work for the company
• Deploy maintenance and spare parts efficiently to ensure plant availability and performance
• Prepare work permits and keep subcontractors informed
• Ensure technical interventions are followed up administratively and report to the Maintenance & Facility Manager
• Create instructions/procedures, maintenance manuals and management dashboards

qualification

• At least 7 years of experience in a maintenance department of an automated company
• Knowledge of PCS7, Tia Portal, Siemens S7, S7 graph: you can diagnose Siemens S7 PLC programmes and make minor adjustments
• You have a slight gift for languages: you are fluent in Dutch and English.
• Your PC knowledge is very strong, as is your knowledge of electromechanics and frequency control.
• Your communicative and driven attitude enables you to lead your team to higher goals.
• You can work safely and have no problem working at heights (max. /- 25 metres)
• You enjoy working in shifts (Mon-Do: 6am-14pm / 2pm-22pm; Fri: 6am-13pm / 1pm-20pm)
