This Lead Business Analyst will do hands-on analysis, prototyping, solutioning of the business challenges working hand-in-hand with the Business Owners, Solution Architects and technical delivery team. The role has a strong background in technical business analysis, allowing them to swiftly understand requirements & translate them into technical solutions. You will also partner closely with the Technical Product Manager to drive the roadmap for this team’s portfolio.

What you'll do

• Leverage your business analysis skills to conceptualize and develop digital solutions for health tech initiatives
• Employ your knowledge of BPMN to craft and enhance business processes
• Act as lead for the team of Product & Business Analysts
• Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
• Communicate vision to developers and testers
• Understand, interpret and convert business needs into system requirements
• Collaborate with a diverse team to optimize business processes and generate novel solutions
• Communicate insights and conclusions to key stakeholders and management

Who you are

Must-haves:

• Demonstrable and thorough experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role is a must-have
• Experience with full stack platform development and the willingness to dive into technical details
• Expertise in BPMN and Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Xray testing)
• Experience in a highly regulated sector, particularly medical technology and/or pharmaceuticals, is essential
• Ability to get up to speed quickly or experience with the following technologies: REST APIs, Event driven architecture, Data domains & ERD, Microservices, API-driven portal and mobile app, data warehouse, PowerBI
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on mentality and people describe you as a bridge builder
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in leading a team of Business/Product Analysts
• Proficiency in Camunda is a big plus
• Working experience in the Agile (SAFe) methodology
