ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role will be responsible for developing a portfolio of authorized Ria agents (i.e. independant shop owners), for supporting agents in their day-to-day activities and for developing Ria's image, while complying with the company's internal rules.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the number of transfers made by your portfolio of agents (= local shops).
• Daily assist the agents in your portfolio.
• Help agents to attract new customers, create customer files and make transfers.
• Develop agent loyalty through a quality follow-up.

• Understand and analyse the agents' situation (production reports, local competition...)
• Propose action plans: marketing support documentations, adaptation of rates, pricing, and commissions according to the agents and local competition...

• Prospect new agents, install them and then to accompany them in their daily activity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• You speak fluently Bulgarian and another language such as Dutch or English or Turkish.
• Commercial sense and the desire to work on the field.
• Autonomy, organization, and reactivity.
• You have a driving license, and you are ideally driven.
