A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.

Your key responsibilities as a Assistant Front Office Manager

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Manage and support the reception team to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times
• Manage an outstanding team, ensuring excellent cooperating across departments whilst leading by example
• Encourage knowledge and best practice sharing within the reception team and across departments
• Communicate regularly on completion of assignments, team achievements and trainings
• Supports departmental trainings to ensure overall quality and skills building
