• We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce applications tailored to meet business needs.
• The role involves driving the success of Salesforce implementations through analysis, planning, and management of the CRM system.
• The consultant will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce to enhance business processes and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization based on client needs.
• Design, document, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• Configure Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to optimize functionality. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong expertise in CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
