We are looking for a Business Analyst who will integrate the IT team., for a major European institution, specificaly to work within the the Investment Fund department.
π Your Responsibilities:
Business analysis of complex projects which will encompass the following tasks:
Requirements analysis
Eliciting requirements
Co-authoring of the business requirements with the business experts
Authoring of the functional requirements
Collect and prioritize business requirements together with the business owner for the digitalization of multiple key documents
Be the interface between the business experts and the IT team
Assisting the developers and GDO (Group Digital Office) testers on the business and functional aspects of the projects, especially on migrations and data cleaning exercises
Enhancing the conceptual data model, mapping the business processes and building the functional architecture of the projects
Participation on testing activities
β Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in banks' lending processes with large clients (public entities, banks and/or corporates)
Experience in Agility (SCRUM/ Kanban)
Testing of IT applications in financial field
π― Specific expertise:
Knowledge in business process modelling (UML, BPMN, etc.)
Good knowledge of JIRA and Visio
English writing skills (C1 European Level)
Requirement gathering, user stories and backlog management
