Your daily role with us
You ensure meetings and events are well organised, from preparation to the small details that make a big difference;
You manage calendars, inboxes, and deadlines;
You assist with monthly invoicing and payment follow-up;
You draft, format, and finalise flawless documents;
You actively contribute to inspiring projects such as public tenders and client events.
This role is for you if:
You already have experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm or consulting company;
You are a French native speaker, or equivalent, and comfortable in Dutch — fluency in English is a plus;
You are proactive, organised, and able to keep an overview while handling the details;
You have a sense of coordination and enjoy anticipating needs;
You are proficient with Office tools and standard digital tools, and have a good eye for layout;
You communicate clearly, write without errors, and take pride in doing things properly.
