As a Fleet Manager with expertise in Vehicle Coordination, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the company's transport assets. Your role will involve optimizing vehicle usage, maintaining compliance, and resolving logistical challenges to support seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of company vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transport assets.
  • Plan and optimize routes and load capacities to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a dependable fleet.
  • Address transportation issues, such as delays, route changes, or breakdowns, to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and operational alignment.
  • Analyze fleet performance data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle coordination.
  • Familiarity with routing software and fleet management tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
  • Availability to adapt to dynamic schedules and operational needs.
