Financial / Business Controller

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner / Controller to join an international group active in facility management, with a strong presence across several European countries and well-established operations in Belgium.

Location: Belgium – Brussels, Ghent or Antwerp

Remote work: 2 to 3 days per week

Scope: National role within an international environment

Focus: 80% controlling, 20% invoicing

Profile

Experience

You have between 2 and 10 years of experience in finance or controlling. A background in audit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Controlling: performance monitoring, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting
• Invoicing: coordination, follow-up, process improvement
• Knowledge of Power BI and UBW (Unit4 Business World) is highly valued

Personality

We are looking for someone who is positive, open-minded, and curious, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. A business partner mindset is essential: the ability to challenge, support, and collaborate with operational teams.

Languages

You are fluent in Dutch with an excellent command of French, or vice versa. A good level of English is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders..

Mobility and location

The role is based in Brussels, Ghent or Antwerp, with occasional travel to other offices in Belgium. Flexibility is expected.
