The Digital Media Expert is part of the Brand, Media & Communication team for BASE. This department is responsible for defining and implementing BASE's brand, media and communication strategy and roadmap. With BASE's clear strategic objective to fully integrate digital within the communication and media approach, you will play a crucial role in this objective.
Your responsibilities as a Digital Media Expert :
Initiate media briefings and build digital media plans to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget. Ensure these are executed correctly.
You know the broad digital media landscape and you understand the importance of brand and sales performance in digital media. Monitor and analyze campaign performances using various tools and techniques, such as Adobe Analytics and you know how to read and interprete digital media reporting
Create campaign reports , make recommendations based on the learnings, present these to all involved teams, and perform weekly optimizations.
Collaborate with internal colleagues such as campaign managers, digital experts, ecommerce expert and go to market managers, and act as the key figure for our external media agency.
Challenge the agency and internal stakeholders by looking for new channels, technologies, formats, or tactics to further optimize campaign impact and performance.

Our ideal Digital Media Expert
Several years of experience in digital media planning, at an agency or advertiser, preferably with a focus on performance marketing and/or e-commerce.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing.
Fluent in Dutch and English. French knowledge is a plus.
A strong understanding of digital media channels, advertising platforms, and buying strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving results. A good knowledge of broad digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
True team player who works constructively with other teams and digital experts.
