In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission

• Industrialization & Project Management:
• Lead and manage industrial work packages from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop industrialization strategies on a project level in-line with global industrial & production strategy.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for the industrialization aspects.
• Contribute to technological choices, both in the offer and in the design phase, ensuring efficient implementation within the industrialization activities.
• Participate in the Make or Buy analysis in-line with the company strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding industrial work package status, risks, and issues.
• Serve as the preferred interface between engineering and production departments, facilitating communication & problem solving.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues within the work packages and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively for the industrialization aspects.
• Monitor progress and performance, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to provide insight into project performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project-related activities.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across work packages to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to improve future execution.
  
  
  

We are looking forward to

• Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics or a related field).
• 5 years professional experience in industrialization & production in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrialization methodologies (TPS/Lean : Just-In-Time, Jidoka, 8D, visual management,…).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall,…).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
