Mission:
Main Responsibilities:
Manage a set of projects in accordance with the strategy defined
Define strategic portfolio plan
Manage a set of R&D projects (both Self-Funded and Customer Funded ones) relying on different project managers
Align projects to strategic objectives
based on clear project objectives, define initial project baselines in cooperation with project managers
Ensure that the objectives of the different projects are aligned with the strategy at any time
Identify potential bottleneck and set priorities as required
Review financial figures (actuals and estimated to complete) of each project individually on a monthly basis with corresponding project manager and put them in perspective with the progress based on the Earn Valued Management methodology.
Consolidate the project portfolio’s financial figures
Identify any lack of resources (quantity or skill) to achieve project portfolio objectives and suggest appropriate actions
Manage risks and opportunities at project portfolio level
Define appropriate key performance indicators and carry out the corresponding reporting to the management
Profile:
Required Level Of Studies And Experience
Master degree in Engineering or Business administration, with at least 10 years’ experience in project/portfolio management in a high-tech environment.
An experience working for an international company;
Project or Portfolio management certification such as PMP or IPMA is clearly an asset;

You are fluent in French and English (oral and written communication);
The defense sector’s knowledge will be considered as a major asset.
