Trilogy International, a Korn Ferry company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our esteemed life science client, supporting operations within the EMEA PMO as they undergo a Go-To-Market transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Pricing & Remote Sales workstreams, along with providing general project management support across multiple workstreams.
This contract will run to the end of 2025 (strong likelihood of extension) and offers a competitive daily rate and hybrid work setting.
A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required for this role.
This is an urgent hiring need.
Manage the design, planning, and implementation of project workstreams: Develop project plans outlining scope, work activity definition, timelines, roles, and resources. Identify and lead implementation teams, including local country and functional representatives.
Work with local country and functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure—including project guidelines, processes, training programmes, organisational structure, and new roles—is developed and communicated.
Partner with key stakeholders, including an external consultancy, to develop change management strategies and tactics, enabling long-term change while prioritising a collaborative approach.
Develop comprehensive measurement tools (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of the project.
Support project cost tracking and savings generation.
Facilitate collaboration between internal and external resources.
Develop recommendations: Prepare and deliver project recommendations to stakeholders, including implementation strategies and plans. Provide regular communication to appropriate stakeholders.
Foster communities of practice utilising collaboration tools.
Elevate issues and clear barriers to team progress. Quickly resolve conflicts and involve functional management as required.
Facilitate project management and change management workshops.
Support scheduling requests, meeting agenda setting, and detailed meeting minutes distribution.
Maintain RAID logs.
Capture lessons learned from key stakeholders early and throughout the course of the project.
Support project close-out and sustaining plans.
Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that aligns with the client's Quality Policy, Quality System, and relevant regulations for the area supported.
