Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience in Legal Workflow Mapping at previous clients.

The initial contract is 3 months, however, there is a strong chance of extension.

Role is urgent, we expect to have this closed off within 3-4 business days of initial interview with us.

Please understand if you do not have experience within Legal Workflow Mapping or Legal Process Reviews then you will not be contacted for this roll.

Scope:

• Analyze current intake and repository systems across contracts, legal requests, and CoSec functions.
• Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing processes.
• Process-map future workflows to optimize operations and system integrations.
• Provide system improvement recommendations based on findings.

Requirements:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as they'll primarily engage with senior legal team members.
• Solid process knowledge and the ability to work independently.
• Must be capable of leading this work-having a BA onboard should help free up the Legal team's time.
