• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and training skills.
• Validate XML/JSON payloads using Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
• Ensure compliance with GDSs and airline IT systems.
• Analyze and report defects using JIRA with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
