Resource and Portfolio Management Coordinator

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Resource and Portfolio Management Coordinator, who will provides support to the Resource and Portfolio Management office across areas ranging from workforce planning, budget tracking, business planning and execution to join our UniQue team in Brussel, Belgium!

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Provides administrative services to project boards, project teams and review meetings;
• Supports managers and teams in resourcing and recruitment activities;
• Uses recommended tools for planning, scheduling and tracking resourcing activity;
• Provides administrative support function to teams and meetings;
• Implements the organization's budget cycle and process;
• Participates in developing and monitoring a budget for a specific work group or department;
• Monitor and analyze budget and project execution variances and patterns;
• Good knowledge of English

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Work experience in administrative and coordination functions, preferably in the areas of financial management, human resources and/or project management.
• Training and User experience on MS Office tools;
• Experience with Oracle project Model
