Your role

As part of the Facility Management department, you will be a key player in:

  • Organization, support and implementation of internal events
  • Organization, coordination, and execution of moves
  • Planning, support, and execution of inventory assessments

More precisely you will:

  • Provide logistic management of large and small-scale events by ensuring preparations and the smooth running of operations, working in close collaboration with the operational teams and communication
  • Prepare, organize and support moves within the various sites and buildings of the University, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, organize and support regular inventories of the assets of the University (furniture, infrastructure, scientific equipment), including monitoring execution by internal and external service providers

Your profile

  • A University degree (Bac 2 or equivalent) in logistics, equipment management, administration or an equivalent field
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in logistics and move coordination, ideally in complex environments
  • Master standard Microsoft Office applications and ideally inventory software (Quarks, Archibus)
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be autonomous and proactive, as well as to adapt to priority or need changes
  • Class B driving license
  • Proficiency in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset
