Key Responsibilities

• 
  Social Media Management:
  
  
  
  • Assist in managing the social media content calendar, planning and scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  
  
  • Create visually compelling and on-brand posts.
  
  
  • Develop content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and attracts new followers.
  
  
  • Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas to keep our brand relevant.
  
  
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
  
  
  • Track social media performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize growth.
    
    
    
  
  
  
  
  
  


• 
  CRM and Email Marketing:
  
  
  
  • Support in creating email campaigns that engage our audience and boost customer loyalty.
  
  
  • Assist in designing visually appealing email templates that align with our brand guidelines.

• 
  SEO & Content Creation:
  
  
  
  • Edit and optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.
  
  
  • Assist in writing blog articles that drive organic traffic.
  
  
  • Support in creating optimized descriptions for new product collections and categories.
  
  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted keywords and SEO strategies.
    
    
    
  
  
  
  
  
  


• 
  Campaign & Website Activation
  
  
  
  • Help execute marketing campaigns, including sales promotions and seasonal initiatives.
  
  
  • Support in the development of website content and animations to enhance user experience.
  
  
  
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A passion for content creation, social media, and digital marketing.


• Strong writing and editing skills in French (Flemish is a plus).


• Creativity and an eye for design, with experience using tools like Figma or Canva (basic video editing skills is a plus).


• Interest in learning about email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, startup environment.


• A love for bikes and/or e-bikes is a plus.

As an intern, you would be joining the Belgium & Netherlands team, working directly with the BNL Marketing Manager, and based in Mechelen.
