Scrum Master / Location: Brussels, Belgium

I'm partnered with an innovative supply chain company leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across global networks. Their goal is to optimize logistics, forecasting, and operational workflows, using cutting-edge technology to enhance decision-making and deliver superior results for our clients.

They are seeking a Scrum Master with 3 years of experience to join our high-performing team. This role will play a key part in facilitating agile processes, helping cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions within the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong communication background, enabling collaboration and ensuring that AI-driven projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to ensure agile processes are being followed, with a focus on delivering high-quality AI solutions for supply chain optimization.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Ensure transparency and communication between stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and business teams.
• Track team progress using metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, and report regularly to leadership on team performance and project status.
• Build strong relationships across departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and issues are addressed quickly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role, ideally within the supply chain, logistics, or AI-driven sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience implementing these in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization and across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus in cross-functional teams.
