We have over 500 employees and work with over 400 individuals throughout the Lower Mainland.
About the Rover position
The Rover is a role designed to support our community inclusion programs. This Permanent Full-Time position is suitable for candidates who would thrive on the challenge of supporting individuals in a variety of programs across a specific region within the Lower Mainland. About the Opportunity
Your role as a support worker will be providing support and actively engaging a supported individual to live a fulfilling and increasingly independent life. You are a motivated and outgoing person with a passion for person-centered supports. This means you could be helping an individual to discover more of their community, learn new life-skills, find employment and more. You are comfortable working in any location and providing support to a variety of individuals. While the assignments will be short term in duration, it is expected that the Rover will provide a high quality of support.

About You
You have a minimum of 2 years experience supporting individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities. Experience with all types of support e.g. Staffed Homes, Individualized Support, Day Programs, is preferred. You show an understanding of the person-centered and active support approach. Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours minimum. Various shifts (day, evening and overnight shifts during the week and weekends)
Wage: Starting at $26.25 per hour
