The Position: Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for helping to sell MICROAGE’s services and solution portfolios using a variety of marketing techniques
to attract potential new business partners/clients, while continuing to provide quality services to existing business
partners/clients.
Responsibilities:
Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities
Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
Answer written and oral inquiries
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
Gather, research and prepare communications material
Initiate and maintain contact with the media
Conduct analytical marketing studies
Design market research questionnaires
Develop portfolio of marketing materials
Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
Develop and implement business plans
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
The ideal candidate must possess:
Education:
College College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience
Experience:
1-2 years of marketing experience with proven track record of personal/entrepreneurial success
Skills:
Must possess intermediate to advanced skills of standard office applications and social media platforms
Must possess demonstrated sales aptitude
Organized, positive attitude, self-disciplined, motivated and ambitious to succeed
Must represent MICROAGE in a professional manner
Strong MS Office skills, and fluent in general web application/tool use
