Are you looking for an accounting opportunity in the Montréal area? Our client, a well-established company in Montréal, is seeking an Accounting technician to join their dynamic team. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in managing accounts payable, this could be the perfect role for you!
Job Summary ✔ Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience ✔ Location: Montréal (easily accessible by public transport) ✔ Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities Validate, code, and enter supplier invoices into the system. Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts. Reconcile supplier statements and verify credits. Issue payments and ensure deadlines are met. Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries. Perform intercompany transactions and general ledger account analysis. Make inter-company entries; Amortization; Analyze general ledger accounts;
Qualifications College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in accounting. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable. Experience in retail (an asset). Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Great Plains software (an asset). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
