Unicorn Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a real estate brokerage in managing its online presence, content creation, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and creative execution, ensuring effective website management, email marketing, and social media engagement. If you excel in content development, have experience with website platforms, and possess strong HTML/coding skills, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize content using ChatGPT to enhance audience engagement.
• Manage and distribute newsletters via Mailchimp while maintaining and updating Wix, Union Street Media, and WordPress platforms.
• Oversee social media content and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate across multiple marketing tools to streamline campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and online brand management.
• Proficiency in HTML and coding is a must-have for email templates, website updates, and marketing automation.
• Strong experience with website platforms such as Wix, WordPress, and Union Street Media.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Skilled in utilizing AI-driven tools like ChatGPT for content development.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
