What you will do?

The CBI Jr. Manager is responsible for conducting periodical processing of incentive compensation payments and reports, developing and updating existing incentive compensation plans, and providing timely and accurate responses to questions from sales management:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor data to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making

• Be a strategic partner of the business bringing outside in focus.

• Support in Business Planning.

• Share of Market reporting and analysis.

• Data suppliers’ management.

• Market Research and Syndicated data budget management.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis for decision making.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or business strategy

Desired Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable recommendations

• Strong data processing skills. Excel, PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Finance or related field
