Position: We are seeking Account Managers to join our dynamic team. This permanent remote position is M-F, 9am—6pm, and is suitable for candidates in time zones compatible with the USA.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries

Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients

Communicate via phone and email about new and ongoing projects

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Prepare quotes and proposals

Coordinate order approvals

Manage workflow using CRM software

Required Education & Experience

Previous B2B sales experience with a US company is advantageous

Experience in the Promotional Products industry is preferred but not required

Minimum two years of sales experience

Associate degree or higher

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

Competent 10-key typing skills

Strong problem-solving skills
