Inside Sales Representative

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is a woman-owned, AV-rated law firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and we’re hiring a Remote Inside Sales / Client Engagement Specialist to join our fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Seek new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base.
• Qualify incoming leads quickly and schedule consultations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and video calls to convert them into qualified leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to drive long-term growth.
• Accurately document all sales interactions in CRM software and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to ensure clients receive excellent initial guidance.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement and address questions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales or client-facing experience (legal or professional services preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and close effectively.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Must have a professional, quiet remote work setup with reliable internet.
• Willingness to occasionally handle weekend consultations (1–2 as needed).
• Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
