Product Manager
This role will be supporting the Experience Access. Project Description/Justification: you will support EA sustainment (live ops, enhancement, bug testing and validations, documentation needs) for commercial and noncommercial digital products with specific focus on accessibility and shuri integration support, portfolio documentation, and content operations support.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Advocacy: Champion and enhance the digital Guest experience.
- Product Strategy:
- Understand and execute the digital product strategy for Guest or Cast experiences.
- Translate strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Backlog Management: Maintain the feature development backlog, attend daily scrums, and remove roadblocks.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with design and technology teams to align development with visual design, content strategy, and overall vision.
- Executive Communication: Develop and present strategic updates to executives and organizational partners.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to launch plans for new Guest or Cast experiences.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track product performance, support A/B testing, and recommend improvements for digital platforms like apps and websites.
- Maintenance & Support: Ensure uptime, troubleshoot, and manage content configuration as needed.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for partner expectations, scope, budget, and communications.
- Project Delivery: Deliver marketing and operations projects on time and within budget while escalating unresolved issues to leadership.
- Sign-Off: Ensure proper review and approval of key results with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Experience:
- 3 years in digital product management (website/mobile).
- Familiarity with iOS/Android release processes.
- Preferred: Previous Disney experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with content management systems for website and mobile app maintenance (e.g., updates, troubleshooting, building new pages).
- Experience with tools and processes for go-to-market delivery, content configuration, and service integration.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and build project cases.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven ability to lead and work across teams to deliver quality results on time.
- Skilled in building relationships and achieving results at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable working with bi-coastal and international teams.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to think strategically and take initiative to drive ideas into action.
