Customer Experience Intern

At 3 Men Movers, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for customers and our team. As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll gain hands-on sales experience and insight into our business operations, fostering professional growth across various departments.

Position Overview:

• Support sales and reservations, engage with customers, and learn how departments collaborate
• This a paid position that will last through summer, with a hourly rate of $18-20 an hour
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Departmental Learning: Attend meetings, shadow managers, and participate in projects
• Customer Interaction: Manage reservation queues and customer service calls, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Administrative Support: Record interactions in CRM, assist with operations, and perform receptionist duties
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a school program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to multitask, eager to learn, and reliable transportation is required
