Overview
Purpose: This position is an administrative role that supports all provider relations and crossover recruiting functions.
This position is hybrid at least 2 days a week in the corporate office.
Responsibilities

- Assist with the coordination of the hiring process for all provider new hires.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships to support all those involved with the provider onboarding experience.
- Ability to review and understand terms of provider agreements.
- Ability to teach essential computer skills remotely (Microsoft office, outlook, time entry system, and EMR) including computer set-ups, and provide orientation.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining and sending a variety of recruiting or onboarding documents for signature.
- Responsible for the proper entry, storage, security, and use of necessary data.
- Completes and maintains all necessary reports for weekly or monthly review.
- Works proactively to support the needs of the department.
- Collaborates and assists with Credentialing and Human Resource departments during the hiring and onboarding of new providers to assist with needed documentation and hiring process.
- Order initial equipment and supplies for providers and assist with retrieval when needed.
- Properly represents the Company at all times when working with potential candidates.
- Critical thinking skills that include problem solving techniques
- Works to ensure compliance of Company and all government guidelines is always maintained.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; always abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
- To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.
- To work remotely, it is expected that you will report for duties at assigned working hours unless otherwise approved by your manager.

- 4 years’ experience onboarding providers or professionals.
- Nursing home environment background, highly preferred
- College degree in lieu of experience will be considered
- Strong urgency and able to practice a high level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition.
- Ability to work effectively, independently and with other team members.
- Ability to organize and complete work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrate skills in database management and record keeping.
