We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchant Administrator I to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the administration of merchant agreements, contracts, and essential data entry, ensuring seamless operations within our company. Working closely with our Leadership team, you will play a key role in onboarding new merchants, managing compliance standards, and updating our merchant database.

As a Merchant Administrator I, you will create and maintain a variety of documents, support filing and maintenance tasks, and provide essential administrative assistance to our Vice President of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and other members of the Executive Team. Your ability to handle multiple priorities and switch tasks effectively will be crucial as you resolve time-sensitive issues with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications :

To be successful in the Merchant Administrator I role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications :

  • Education : A Bachelor's degree is required, providing a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of office administration and merchant management.
  • Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration is essential, with preferred experience supporting C-level or senior executives. This background will enable you to navigate the demands of a fast-paced executive environment effectively.
  • Technical Skills :

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including functions and data analysis.

  • General proficiency in Microsoft Word and MS Outlook, essential for daily communication and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail : A strong attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy in data entry and document management is paramount in supporting our operational integrity.
  • Confidentiality : Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring that sensitive data is managed appropriately and ethically.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Organizational Skills : Candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative Attitude : A positive and proactive attitude is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
