Our General Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing performance management of their locations team, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to all guests to guarantee a safe, exciting and memorable experience for friends and family alike.
The General Manager will supervise a staff of up to 3 key carrying hourly supervisors as well as full time and part time line level employees while reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer.
