Description of Branch Manager
- Lead a new branch towards achieving sales and margin targets, ensuring profitable growth, and fostering a productive work environment
- Monitor and adjust pricing and engage in key account selling as needed
- Drive growth through parts and service sales
- Collaborate with owner, senior management, and marketing to achieve new and used inventory turnover targets
- Perform at least two wholegood cycle counts per 12-month period
- Full time, direct hire position
Requirements of Branch Manager
- 5-10 years management experience (heavy equipment / Ag preferred)
- Experience in sales, inventory control, and profit management
- Proficiency with CRM and project management software
- Must pass a drug screen, motor vehicle report and a criminal background check
- Reliable work history with good references required
